These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the iLearnProp platform and its simulated trading challenge programs. By accessing or purchasing any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of the Service
iLearnProp provides a simulated trading environment solely for educational and performance evaluation purposes. No real-money trading occurs, and no live funds are allocated at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration. Multiple accounts are permitted only with unique personal details.
3. Challenge Access and Fees
Payment grants access to the chosen simulated challenge. Fees are non-refundable except where the service cannot be provided as described (see Refund Policy).
4. Trading Rule
All rules stated on the 1-Phase and 2-Phase challenge pages form part of these terms. Breach of any rule results in account termination without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and materials remain the property of iLearnProp.
6. Limitation of Liability
iLearnProp is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from the use of the simulated platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of rules or terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where iLearnProp operates.
